The return is accepted as long as the products you wish to return are kept as you received them, i.e. without the packaging being unsealed or tampered with, accompanied by the retail receipt, the shipping note or the invoice, the warranty and the packaging of the product and having been worn only for rehearsal and not for use. Jewelry and watches that are returned and do not meet the above terms and conditions for returning products will not be accepted. (see shipping and payment methods) Also, in case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the KOUNTOURATZIS company has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to unilaterally and without of another in full or partial settlement of his claim against the customer.

In addition, product that was sold with an additional gift must be returned with the additional gift, otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount. For the rest, the current provisions of Law 2251/1994 on withdrawal apply.

Returns cannot be accepted for all customized products. In any case, you accept and agree that no refunds will be made on customized orders such as: ring making, name making, jewelry engraving with names, dates or other option, on jewelry that has been modified from its original state due to your desire (e.g. cutting/enlarging a chain, ring, etc.) or in cases of designing and creating personalized jewelry by you. 

The above only applies to orders placed through the online store, by phone or any other means of written communication, even if you chose pickup from our physical store as the delivery method. For purchases made through our physical store, you have the option of replacement only with another product and no refund.

Therefore, if you choose to withdraw from this contract, KOUNTOURATZIS will refund to you all monies received from you, excluding delivery costs and additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method provided. we offer, without undue delay and absolutely within 5 working days from the day of receipt of the products. RETURNS SET

For items that come in a single box and belong to the "Set" category, if you want to return any of those items, you must also return all other items that were contained in that set. REPLACEMENT

 Right of substitution

In the event of a real defect or lack of agreed quality, the buyer is entitled to an alternative, free of charge:
a) repair of the product (See Warranty & Service) or
b) its replacement (See Warranty & Service) or
c) reduction of the price proportional to the defect or
d) withdrawal from the sale, if the product it is not a special order (customized). (See Withdrawal)

In any case, the product must be returned with all the original accompanying documents (receipt of purchase, invoice, warranty, instructions for use) and in its original packaging.

The consumer has the right to demand, free of charge, the correction or replacement of the product, if:

After 48 hours from the day of receipt of the product, you consent to the acceptance of its good construction and you have no claim from our company for its future wear and tear. For purchases made through our physical store, you have the option of replacement only with another product and no refund.

  POSSIBILITY OF CHANGE

You can change the product inside 14 calendar days from receiving it with any other piece of jewelry of your choice, of similar value or greater by paying the additional monetary difference. In the event that the product to be exchanged is of less value than that of your original order, you will not be refunded the monetary difference, therefore you must choose a product or products so that your new order is of equal or greater value than the original. Changing already changed products is not allowed. Special order products are excluded from exchange and return (customized), because they are products manufactured exclusively for you (See Product Returns).

A special case is the return of rings to differentiate the number. The cost of reshipping to their owner (for the first time) is zero, as long as the return concerns an area within Greece and is made with one of the companies we cooperate with (GOLDWIND Courier, ACS, DHL).

In case of returning a product and not replacing it with another one, the company will pay the amount of your order within 5 working days from the day of receipt. Refunds are made using the same payment method you chose for your original transaction, except in the case of payment by cash on delivery, in which case you must provide us with a bank account for the refund. (See "Refund")

You must ensure that the packaging of the shipment is secure, so that no damage is caused during its transport. In addition, we point out that the https://www.kountouratzis.gr bears no responsibility in case of loss or damage or destruction of the product during the return transport.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS FROM ABROAD

 You can return jewelry that you have received within 14 days from the day you received them. Also, for returns from abroad, you are responsible for the return shipping costs from your country of residence to Greece. GREECE: FREE SHIPPING

CYPRUS, UNITED KINGDOM* & EUROPE
